Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Local Pickup (if applicable): Available within 24 hours of order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and shipping carrier delays.

We currently ship to addresses within the country.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number/waybill number via email. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your package.

5. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as Sprint Courier, Botswana couriers to deliver your orders safely and on time.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

TL Fashions Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
